We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a DVD that is damaged or is defective, please contact us.
Return the video to us within 15 days of receipt. Once we have received your return we will then replace the damaged or non-working dvd with another copy at no charge to you. Please send the defective DVD with a copy of the invoice and return form so we may expedite the return process for you.
When returning items to us please obtain a tracking number for that item from the shipping company. (We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail.)
